Our Teen Martial Arts program gives teens a positive place to gain strength, confidence, and leadership skills while learning practical self-defense. Training helps teens reduce stress, improve focus, build discipline, and stay active in a fun, supportive environment. As they progress, they develop grit, goal-setting habits, and a sense of identity rooted in effort and resilience — skills that transfer directly to school, sports, and daily life.

• Tuesday: 7:45–8:30 pm
• Wednesday: 7:45–8:30 pm
• Friday: 7:00–7:45 pm
• Saturday: 9:45–10:15 am
